Cruiser day on the local rails to trails
Lost my photos of this effort when I destroyed my phone accidentally...more to that story...
Anyhow,
Got rained on throughout the day. Got really cold at the end.
I was super happy to go through 50k well under 5hrs even though the body wasn't all back from bike + running the Bizz Johnson.
Hoping that one of my former or current students will come best my time on this :)
