As I'm posting this, I'm assuming that my time isn't the fastest down the Paria but I think it's good to get a time documented so that it can motivate others to break it or come out of the woodwork to let us know if there is a faster time out there.
My time running the Paria, from White House Trailhead to Lee's Ferry, on May 12, 2010, was 6 hrs 51 min 11 sec.
I think it can go a lot faster and I think going under 6 hours is a very reasonable goal for fast runners with the right conditions.
