Start time 7:26am at around 30 degrees F! Chilly in the Daks. Started with about 2L of tailwind and electrolytes. 0.5L Gatorade and water. 4500+ elevation gain throughout this route, kinda felt good to feel a different pain elsewhere 😜. Consumed about 2300calories mix between tailwind, sour patch kids, honey stinger waffles and other things. Finished consuming about 6L liquids. Felt good until last 10 miles rolling hills and routes covered in leaves suuuuck. Only fell 3-4 times.Â
