day off from work Happy Veterans Day everybody! Thank you to all who served—
beginning of September I had COVID and haven’t worked out since. I’ve had a bout of health issues for the last few months. Today was the first day back.
Im pleased with the results. A nice 60• start with some wind on top, with lite rain. Finding the benchmark is like a rat in a maze. Finding your way back is ever harder lol. Saw 2 people on trail. Barely any mud— just an amazing mountain range all together!!
