Road tripping home to New Orleans from the North East. Saw this spot an route and thought it would be a fun stop. Wife and daughter swam while I ran the route. It was much hotter than I would have liked and I died on the climb which I wasnt expecting. There are a lot of fast people who run here they just havent dont this route. There were multiple times I thought I had missed the turn to head up the knob and even when I did I thought I had taken the wrong way up. This is an amazing place to run and the main loop is super fast. Glad to know this is right off the highway for when I am heading back home from New Orleans.
