Perfect conditions for our reunion tour of the Tantalus Traverse! No torn meniscus (Sarah tore her meniscus on our 2019 jaunt), a solid bootpack that made things really fast, and we nailed the rappels this time around. Probably helped that we were four years wiser, too. Passed a whopping 17 people on the traverse—it was Canada Day weekend and people were out!
Probably the best (and most adventurous) part of the day was paddle boarding all the way back to Squamish, and walking from the takeout back to Sarah's house. Mandatory for any future women's FKT of the route (joking, not joking). ;)
