I had a simply awesome time running the Nashua River Rail Trail! I started around 7:30 this morning and had great weather the entire time. Such a wonderful, quiet, super easy to follow trail through forests, marshes and quaint towns. My three young kids joined me as bike and stroller support crew. My older two (9 and 7) biked the entire way and my youngest (4) biked a bit and then happily hung out in the stroller that I pushed eating all of the snacks.
I packed tons of food, water and gear in the stroller that I pushed so we had no need to resupply but obviously I had my little biker gang support crew so supported it is. Highly recommend this trail, I found it super easy to follow. I also highly recommend involving your kids in FKT pursuits by having them join in some form or fashion, even if it slows you down. It’s worth it! ❤️
