On October 1, 2025 I set off from the southern terminus of the Green Rock trail at approximately 6:55am. I reached the northern terminus about 3 and a half hours later, refilled my water at a water fountain close to the trail head, and headed back towards the southern terminus, finishing the out and back route in approximately 7 hours. I ran by myself and carried all my fuel.
