Got dropped off and started at 7:30am. The parts of the trail shared with horses were super sandy, but got much better after Baldwin Flooding, which was dry today. I carried 2L of Tailwind in my pack also have with way too many snacks. Refilled water from a sink in the Eddy Nature Center bathroom. Great day to do this, no rain and started in the high 50s, ended in low 80s.
