3rd attempt and finally got this chip off my shoulder! (DNF NoBo attempt at Mile 50 in June 2020 and DNF SoBo attempt at mile 66 in December 2020)
Heavily supported with friends crewing me at all trailheads and pacing me from White Elephant (mile 32) all the way through Deadwood.
A good old Black Hills Thunderstorm popped up around midnight with a spectacularly frightening lightning display.
