Round 2 on the military ridge trail. Wanted to improve on last time and get a solid steady-state long run in before Kettle 100k in June. Goal was to hold 7:45 but I started to struggle around mile 30. A little disheartened that I fell short but the silver lining is a new 50k personal best! (4:01)
