So last week Angela lets me know that she beat my time by a second, so I couldn't let that stand. I go out that day, was doing well, and then get a back spasm at mile 4, have to walk back to the car. This week I try again. It was hotter, but I got it done. Someone take this FKT from me for real before I hurt myself again.
