What a beautiful trail! Started under clear starry skies in Leongatha on a well maintained and signposted trail through farmland, forest, underpasses and bridges. Forecast was for rain but the skies stayed clear. The trail had toilets, some of which flushed! And I was able to fill up with water a couple of times at drinking fountains. Met the support crew at the end in Port Welshpool for hot chips from the General Store. And I saw a wombat!
