A crisp start just before Dawn, about 5AM, the 2 of us set out, and within an hour were spoilt by a brilliant sunrise. This moderately level route with some muddy patches weaves in and out of the local villages, intersecting with a number of other trails. It warmed up as we went along turning out to be perfect weather. As it is a new trail, it doesn't have its on markings, but the GPS is fairly easy to follow. We found the route both challenging and enjoyable. Must go again sometime. This would make an excellent race.
