Cascade loop trail in eagle bay, ny. Went counterclockwise. It was a nice cool day with overcast. Rained yesterday so there was actually water coming off the falls. I carried a handheld water bottle for water. No food. This websites GPX file said 6.1 miles. I've hiked this trail a lot and have never been over 6 miles. My watch registered 5.84 this time with just under 500ft of gain.
