At 7:29am I started by Waterford Greenway FKT attempt from the bridge in Waterford. My run was supported, my crew consisted of one person, Ben Cronin who provided drinks and food at various intervals along the route.
Weather was perfect for running, clear skies, low wind and temperature ranging from a low of 6 C to a high of around 12 C.
I ran even splits pretty much the whole way except for the last few 5 or 6 kms where I started to get some gut issues.
We had a great WhatsApp group chat going with friends and family, really was a fun day out!
