FKT: Jon Ziefle - Neuse River Trail (NC) - 2020-03-22

I started at the Falls Lake Tailrace Parking gate (Raleigh, NC) at 7:30 AM, on March 22, 2020. I proceeded to head southbound on the Neuse River Trail. I ran in the unsupported style, bringing all of my water and nutrition with me (20oz water and 7 gels). I stopped at Anderson Point Park (at mile 17.5) to refill my water from the public water fountain there. I finished the trail where Sam's Branch Greenway dead-ends into O'Neil St (Clayton, NC) at 11:16 AM. Total distance was just shy of 33 miles and total time was 3:45:49.
