The actual route is roughly 29 miles but I ran an extra couple of miles to get me to 31 miles to complete my 50k. I started at terminal B United at Reagan airport and finished at Delta Porter 1 at Dulles. I use my GPS on my iPhone for the turn by turn directions
Note that the total time of 4h02m31s is for Jonathan's full 50km run - he did the extra ~ 2 miles before reaching that "official" finish point for this FKT route.
