Water is freely available from public toilets en-route, just avoid the 30p toilet in New Quay that only has a warm water hand wash. Luckily I found a water dispenser outside. Very few people on the path, maybe 20 people all day outside the towns. I started at the big sign at Ynys Las, and finished at the Otter sculpture in Cardigan.
