Amazing day, great route on the outskirts of London!
Living very close to Manor Park I started off the day by walking to the tube station to start the route off early as it would be a fairly long day. The weather had been fairly dry recently which meant the majority of the trail was dry making it an easier traverse than the previous time. Managed to hold a fairly slow but achievable pace the whole way out and back, reducing the pace to take on food and water. Being unsupported on the route I had a good amount of supplies on me which lasted throughout the attempt. A fairly slow time and could definitely be improved on by some more experienced runners, all in all a great day out in Epping Forest!
