FKT includes the 1.4 mile (each way) out & back from seaton campground. I started from the campground since that's what Peter did but as long as you do that section you could start anywhere. Please note there is a Strava segment for the full loop starting/ending at the suspension bridge and nearly complete segment starting at the red bridge but that doesn't include the 1/2 mile run on Coates Road to complete the full loop. Neither of these segments include the out and back. I submitted a GPX file as well.
