I did the Boy Scout trail out-and-back on 3/18/15 starting at the North end on Indian Cove Rd. My elapsed time was 2:20:09, which would be good for a new FKT for this route. However, when I was looking at my segments on Strava, I saw that one month ago someone named Joshua Ricks had done the trail in an elapsed time of 2:14:00. It looks like he was about 30 seconds ahead of me on the Southbound "upward" half, and then when I was pretty tired on the downhill he pulled away.
I'll leave a note on his Strava and see if he can write a post to confirm his FKT.
