I started (7AM) and ended on Südstrand Promenade going counter clockwise around the island. I planned 5 "aid stations" (around Presen, Westermarkelsdorf, Flügge, Gold, Wulfen) where my family handed me water and gels and someone ran with me for different sections for about 20km. Perfect conditions with no wind and 15°C.
