Starting from the carpark I headed out towards Hazards Beach carrying everything I needed for the run. Hazards Beach looked amazing and you run along the beach till the end and then following the coastline before heading inland and to the top of the ridge where you then head down towards Wineglass Bay. Wineglass Bay was very rough and no chance you could have a swim. After running along the beach it was then straight up again with lots of steps for about 2km then a small detour to a lookout with amazing views overlooking the Bay. After the lookout it is all downhill again for the last 1.5km back to the carpark. I didn't see anyone on the trail until I got to Wineglass Bay where there was a lot of people hiking the out and back from the carpark to the bay.
