I started and finished the route at Notting Hill Gate, ran anti-clockwise, and took a picture of each tube station as per the tradition for this route. The conditions were ideal with no crowds and little traffic because of the lockdown, and also from running it in the evening on a weekday when central London is quiet. Navigation was relatively easy for me thanks to some good knowledge of the streets of London along the route - otherwise I would recommend studying the route beforehand and/or use a gpx given the many turns in some sections. No water of food supplies were necessary, given it was a relatively short and fast run (about 23km). A good route for London sightseeing!
