FKT: Karl Mundt - Raleigh Greenway Loop (NC) - 2019-02-16

The run was supported by two runners who joined me for the first 25 mile and my wife who provided crew support at the Neuse River Trailhead, Buffalo Road Park, Walnut Creek Softball Complex, and Pullen Park. The Buffalo Road parking lot requires a slight ( < 1/4 mile) deviation from the described route and should not be considered necessary for any future attempts. The conditions were steady rain for the first 5 hours with falling temperatures into the low 40s. This resulted in longer than expected crew stops which accounts for the substantial amount of "non-moving" time. This is a flat and fun route to take in the area in and around Raleigh.
