Perfect weather for the attempt with sun and cool mid-50s. It had rained the night before so rocks were slick making my time slower. Not to mention the altitude and rocky route were formidable. Seriously though, bring your fancy foot work and strength train those ankles! Added bonus of a pop up sauna and cold plunge in the parking lot at the finish.
