Jono and I set off from the northern terminus of the Coast Track. Super humid day but the landscape and the adventure made it all worth while!
Our amazing friend Renee supported us with cheers and water along the route which made the day even more wonderful.
Very tough conditions with humidity above 80% and that last climb brutal (slight course variation due to flood damage, same elevation above the ridge line, running parallel to existing track).
A day that captured everything trail running is about nature, friends, snacks, chats and effort 😊
