Elly and I were dropped at comet hut, signed into the hut book and were off at 10:33 am with bags weighing in around 8-9 kg with food, water and emergency gear we knew we were in for a long trip although not quite expecting to see two sunsets from the tops!
39 hours, a lot of calories and a good few stops for water at tarns along the way we made it having seen only 4 other people the entire time!
