FKT: Keith Nadeau - Presidential Traverse (NH) - 2020-06-27

I had tried to do this last year but the day I chose was too windy so I had bailed on Madison. I stashed my bike in Crawford Notch around sunrise and then was at the Appalachia trailhead to start by 6am. The day was so perfect for weather, very low wind and in the 50’s on the ridge. I did my traverse in just under 5:30 and then got my bike out of the woods and did the ride back in around 1:30. I had a great day and never pushed too hard but was definitely moving quick and consistently. For sure someone could take this time down a lot. Amazing adventure and I love that it allows for doing a solo traverse easily. So cool!
