Ran this loop on a gorgeous fall day, along with two friends. We carried all of our food with us, and refilled on water as we went (there were a number of clear streams we passed along the way). The trails were really well marked the entire route, although we double-checked our GPS maps a few times just to be sure. Heard elk bugling in the meadows, came a little too close to a rock landslide, and otherwise saw many, many beautiful things. Pretty much a perfect day in the mountains.
