Kalmiopsis is an awesome Wilderness area located in Southern Oregon! The first 11 miles are on a runnable/rocky trail then 14 - 20 trail can get a little tough to navigate and is a bit overgrown and rugged. We got lost 2 different times and had to stop and backtrack a bit to find the trail. Around mile 20 you drop down to the river again and then the trail is pretty runnable from there until the end. Pretty big climb toward the end but finishes with a nice descent to the TH. Logistically, you'll need to organize and pay a shuttle or if you have someone that can pick you up at the end. Lots of creek crossings right now but has been super dry in Southern Oregon so not sure those will still be there into summer, highly recommend this route and the wilderness area!
