Fun day out on the Delamere Way. Ran from Stockton Heath to Frodsham as live nearby. Carried all my own supplies and didn’t get external support, but my partner ran the whole route alongside me so I guess that’s classed as supported. Slow in places avoiding the frisky cows and trails were very overgrown so tough on the legs! Overall, great jaunt out and weather was lovely :)
