I have done several sections of this trail and it was time to do the whole thing!
Nice cool morning at the start, although the sun got hot near the end. Saw lots of bunnies and deer and I was surprised to see many more bikers than runners or walkers. About 7.5 miles in is Rochester Junction - a great place to stop for real bathrooms and drinking fountains. It was just being unlocked when I got there around 8:30 am.
Overall, it was an enjoyable run and much less traveled than the nearby Erie Canal trail.
