FKT: Lisa Green, Adam Hicks, Kristen Currie - Denny Creek - Snow Lake Loop (WA) - 2019-07-20

Sometimes referred to as the "Melakwa Pass loop", this is the full loop variation starting and ending at Alpental ski area and connecting Denny Creek->Snow Lake, without any car shuttles or bike shenanigans. The loop starts by running out of the Alpental neighborhood and down Denny Creek road (FS RD #58) to the Denny Creek trailhead. It follows the Denny Creek trail to Melakwa Lake, continuing past the lake and over Melakwa Pass to Chair Peak Lake, traversing the ridgeline below Mount Roosevelt and on to Gem lake, Snow Lake, and back to the Alpental parking lot.
