My 24th FKT . Spring weather and blue heaven. Fallen trees, challenging fun trails and some fast start end end part. Hard to run on "spänger" that were destroyd. Really happy with the outcome and result. During a good training week so from mondah i had run over 88k with good quality. Fkt record makes me feel alive and happy for real. Nature is the best way to heal.
