Always wanted to do this loop and was happy to find that it a FKT associated with it! Thought I'd push just hard enough for the FKT.. but not enough to kill myself for runs this weekend. Started at ~11:00am. Brought 2 .5L soft flasks and 3 cliff shots and a larabar. Ended up jumping into the bushes off miller road near the dam when I spotted a EBMUD truck coming down the road. I'm fairly certain that area is closed to the public. I hid for a few minutes as it passed and continued to Redwood rd. Missed the water faucet at the golf course and ended up running out at mile 17. Filled up one flask at canyon meadows (mile 23) and continued on to the car. Fairly warm January day.. felt like it was in the 70's. Listened to "Disloyal" by Michael Cohen during the run.... f-ing nuts!
