I left around 9am from Porte de Pantin to start the Tour de Paris Maréchaux. I was wearing my trail vest with my two water flasks (one of which was isotonic), 3 gels and my phone — so fully self-sufficient in terms of nutrition. A friend joined me on a bike and accompanied me for more than half of the loop, BUT did not give me anything to eat or drink, did not carry any of my gear, and did not help me navigate either (I had the route on my Garmin watch). That said, I classified my run as "supported" given the FKT definition, but feel free to reclassify it. 🙂 I completed the loop in 2h53'09 (elapsed time; without the pedestrian crossing stops, it would be 2h48'50)- and I do hope I got the circuit right, I am not that good in orientation ... Anyway it was a great training, even if complicated with the multiples cars and bikes!
