I had never run Sea to Sky before today, and wow - this trail is Northern California at its finest! Stunning coastal views, redwoods, steep fire roads (the whole thing is a fire road), and even some cows. It was a beautiful day out there today - November is a great time to run this trail.
Anyway, the FKT: I went for an easy long run and realized afterward that I notched the unsupported women's FKT on this route. Ha! Ladies: get after it and drop this time! It's soft right now.
