From Mount Sonder to Alice, what a wild ride. Supported by two amazing humans; Bryan Hynes and Josh Lynott who captured the good, bad and the ugly for a Salomon film coming out in late June/July.
I have run all around the world and never have I seen a trail so physically, mentally and emotionally demanding.
Was one of the first to traverse the track after a COVID year so the grass was hip high and hard to navigate. Also ran after some serious rainfall and actually freestyled through Hugh Gorge. Mental, definitely could have been better conditions but wouldn't change the experience for anything.
A very Aussie experience.
