Glorious albeit smokey day. Perhaps one of the most enjoyable after-work alpine adventures in southwest BC. Ran solo & carried a single flask & some gels. 1:10 and change to the summit of Needle via Markhor, then a hard toss back down to the car.
*note - trailhead for Markhor can be a bit ambiguous... to make things easy, all efforts should start & end on the pipeline road.
