Perfect weather for this today; cool and a little rainy. I would've liked to start earlier, but the rain was pretty heavy before 9am.
I stashed a jug of water in Wind Gap to refill my flasks with, but didn't really stop other than those ~10 minutes to regroup before the climb. The time could definitely be lowered more if the rocks were dry and the runner had some support. Will Peterson says support is worth 14%...
