Build this FKT into my training for a flowy 50k. Turned out to be the perfect route to tackle, trails allowed for speedy movement especially on the downhill.
Was hoping to stay consistent throughout all 3 peaks. Devils Rest is super runnable and legs were fresh, Defiance is what I believed to be the grinder but it went pretty smooth overall. I realized my quads were toast on Dog but I was able to stick with it and log a descent(ish) time on heavy legs. The weather helped me stay cool and kept me moving fast on the upper part of each mountain.
Overall fun day out, the routes are easy to connect, approx. 25-30min on car between each peak.
