Where to start....The GPX file that is saved to the FKT page is awful, do not count on following 100% as it takes you through undergrowth, across water, into private land and through what I think was MOD land with 8ft fences and barbed wire. If you use it as a guide and look out for signs it should be ok but there are very difficult parts to nav that are just not signed. The terrain was very muddy, especially in the second half (I went clockwise) and there were a few faster sections in the later parts as well as the first few km's. I checked the previous time and similar to me it exceeded the GPX distance by approx 3km and also 100m in elevation. Overall a good route with some great views and scenery, just prepare to be thrown by the GPX if you decide to attempt. Good Luck :-)
