I ran the Knobstone FKT route from your webpage from south to north on April 23rd. Trails were dry but the creeks were wet so it was a perfect day for an unsupported run. Overall went well and definitely improved my mental strength, I carried everything with me. For calories I had 20 Huma gels, hammer bar and a PB&J. For water I had two soft flasks and used my Beefree 3L bladder with filter and creek water to refill my soft flasks. I ran by myself the entire time.
