Markus and Michael ran the 104km Kitzbüheler Alpen Trail (KAT)-walk in 15h46min. We started at 5am in Hopfgarten and kept a good pace over the valleys Kelchsau, Windau and Aschau. At Aschau (50km) we had the first support stop. After seeing no people but only cows, it changed a lot when running down the Hahnenkamm Race Track to Kitzbühel (Second support stop). We had some bad weather on the Kitzbühler Horn. The last part to St. Ulrich was demanding and we arrived in St. Ulrich/Pillersee at ca. 20.30

(Info: the tourist agency changed the finish from Fieberbrunn to St. Ulrich recently. The change in distance/altitude is minor)
