I run this route from the church of San Floriano in Canazei, reaching first the cable car (Ciampac) in alba di Canazei, then I went through Val Contrin till Forcella Marmolada to start the Via Ferrata of the west ridge of Marmolada, touched the cross of punta Penia and back to the church again. My boyfriend run behind me all the time just to take some photos and videos.
I had a flask with water and gels with me.
