I started on 6am Saturday morning, May 1st 2021, at Farnham in Surrey, i had numerous Runners join me for legs throughout the day and night, i also had a checkpoint point, we created mini checkpoints and stocked up with water and food, swapped runners etc. After Numerous recces of the route to make sure we knew the exact route to make sure we didnt get lost we were confident of getting a good time and being able to complete the route without adding on any extras. We had a great 13 hours running at a great pace and racking up the miles. We had a forced stop at Ranscombe to unable us to refuel, but it soon got cold and we struggled to get going again, and couldnt quite get the pace back we had. A few tough sections throughout the night, but as the sun came up we were ready to go again, and had a good couple of sections over the wye downs and down into Folkestone. We then hit Dover and the finish line at 09:28:44 on May 2nd 2021, giving us a completed time of 27 hours, 28 minutes and 44 seconds.
