Staying less than a mile away from the lifeboat station and needing to do a long run - this was too good an opportunity to miss (thank you for creating the route!).
Decided to undertake it in the reverse direction due to logistics with family and friends on holiday and getting to the start. The route was fantastic, slightly muddy underfoot but certainly not enough to impact speed. The weather was variable from complete white out and rain, blustery southerly winds and then finishing with some blue sky. Carried all food, water and clothes with me from start.
It’s a great insight into what the full Pembrokeshire coastal path would be like. Might leave this a while!
