I ran the Farmington Canal Heritage Line from the MA/CT border to New Haven; a run that bisects the states. I have cerebral palsy (spastic hemiplagia) and I ran this path with the help of my wife, who met me in Avon, Southington, and Hamden to give me snacks, water, and energy gels.
